Our Services

Licensed & Insured Moving Professionals

From a one-bedroom apartment to a multi-floor office, every move gets the same trained crew, careful technique, and honest estimate. Here's everything we do — and exactly what's included when you hire us.

Residential Moving

Your home isn't just a list of boxes — it's where your family lives. Our residential crews show up trained, uniformed, and ready to treat your belongings the way we'd treat our own. Whether it's a starter home or a five-bedroom on a tight cul-de-sac, we plan the load, protect the property, and get you settled in without drama.

We handle every part of the move so you don't have to. Floor runners go down the moment we walk in. Doorways and bannisters get padded. Furniture is blanket-wrapped and shrink-sealed. Each box is labeled by room so unloading at the new house is fast and accurate — not a mystery.

What's Included

  • Furniture disassembly and reassembly
  • Floor runners and doorway padding
  • Blanket wrapping for all furniture
  • Mattress bags and TV protection
  • Room-by-room placement at destination
  • Full liability coverage

Common Questions

How long does a typical 3-bedroom move take?

Local moves usually run 6–9 hours with a 3–4 person crew, depending on stairs, distance between homes, and how packed-up you are when we arrive.

Do you disassemble and reassemble beds and furniture?

Yes. Bed frames, dining tables, sectionals, exercise equipment — we take it apart at the origin and put it back together at the destination as part of the standard move.

What if something gets damaged?

Every move includes basic released-value coverage at no charge, and full-value protection is available as an upgrade. We document everything before we lift it — so if there's an issue, there's no debate about what happened.

Long Distance Moving

Moving from Texas to North Carolina — or anywhere across state lines — isn't the same as a local hop across town. The wrong mover puts your furniture on a shared truck, transfers it through a warehouse, and gives you a delivery window that spans two weeks. We don't work that way.

Every long-distance move is a dedicated truck. Your stuff gets loaded once, driven straight to the destination, and unloaded by the same crew that picked it up — no transfers, no co-loads, no surprises. You get a firm pickup date, a tight delivery window, and a single point of contact from start to finish.

What's Included

  • Dedicated truck (no shared loads)
  • Direct routing — no warehouse transfers
  • GPS tracking and route updates
  • Scheduled delivery window
  • Valuation coverage options
  • Same crew at pickup and delivery

Common Questions

How long does a Dallas-to-Charlotte move take?

About 1,000 miles, so two days driving on a dedicated truck. We typically pick up one day and deliver within a 24–48 hour window so you can plan your unpack.

Will my belongings be on multiple trucks?

No. Long-distance moves with US ProMovers are single-truck, single-crew. Your shipment doesn't get transferred, warehoused, or co-loaded with anyone else's move.

What if I'm not ready when the truck arrives at the destination?

We work with you on storage-in-transit if there's a gap between move-out and move-in. Just tell us at booking and we'll plan around it.

Commercial Moving

A business move is a logistics problem with a deadline. Every hour of downtime costs you money, and a botched move costs you days. Our commercial crews specialize in keeping your business running — which usually means working evenings, weekends, or whatever schedule keeps your team productive on Monday morning.

We handle the full scope: workstation breakdown and reset, IT and server equipment, file boxes with chain-of-custody tracking, conference room furniture, kitchens, signage, and everything in between. COIs for both buildings, freight elevator coordination, and after-hours building access — we handle it all so you don't get stuck on the phone with property managers.

What's Included

  • Pre-move walkthrough and floor plan
  • After-hours and weekend availability
  • IT, server, and electronics handling
  • File-box labeling and tracking
  • Workstation disassembly and rebuild
  • COIs and building coordination

Common Questions

Can you move our office over a weekend so we don't lose business hours?

Yes. Most of our commercial moves happen Friday after 5 through Sunday so the team walks into a working office Monday morning. We plan around your schedule, not ours.

Do you handle IT and server equipment?

We do. Servers, monitors, network equipment, and printers are wrapped, padded, and transported on dedicated electronics carts. We coordinate with your IT team on power-down and power-up windows.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our building?

Always. Send us your building's COI requirements when you book and we'll have the paperwork to property management before move day. It's standard procedure.

Apartment Moving

Apartment moves come with their own set of obstacles — reserved elevator windows, COI deadlines, walk-up stairs, and parking permits that disappear by 9 a.m. We move in and out of apartment buildings every week, so we know how to work with the building staff, navigate freight elevators, and get the truck loaded before your time slot expires.

Whether it's a fourth-floor walk-up or a 30-story high-rise, we send the right crew size for the job, protect every hallway and elevator, and respect the building's rules from the moment we arrive. No double-booked crews, no late arrivals, no last-minute substitutions.

What's Included

  • COI and building-management coordination
  • Freight elevator scheduling
  • Hallway and elevator pad protection
  • Walk-up labor (no surprise surcharges)
  • Crew sized to your time window
  • Parking permits handled in advance

Common Questions

Do you handle high-rise buildings with elevator reservations?

Yes — this is most of what we do. Tell us your reserved window and we'll arrive early, get the elevator pads up, and have the truck loaded before your time slot ends.

What if my building requires a Certificate of Insurance?

Send us their requirements at booking. We'll have the COI to property management days before the move. We've seen most of the standard formats and meet them.

Is there a fee for stairs or walk-ups?

We quote walk-ups upfront based on the floor count — no surprise charges on move day. The estimate you sign is the price you pay.

Packing & Unpacking

Packing is the part of moving people dread most — and it's also the part most likely to cost you in damaged items if it's done wrong. Our packing crews use professional-grade materials, pack room by room with detailed labeling, and protect fragile and high-value items the way they should be protected, not the way you can manage at midnight the day before move day.

You can hand off the whole job or just the parts you don't want to deal with — the kitchen, the art, the basement, the holiday boxes that have been sealed for a decade. At the destination, we unpack everything you want unpacked, break down the boxes, and haul them away when you're settled.

What's Included

  • Professional boxes, paper, and packing materials
  • Specialty packing for fragile items
  • Dish-pack, wardrobe, and mirror cartons
  • Room-by-room labeling system
  • Full-pack or partial-pack options
  • Unpack and box-debris removal

Common Questions

How far in advance should I book packing?

We recommend booking packing for the day or two before move day. For full-pack jobs on larger homes, we'll often do kitchen and fragile items the day before so move day moves fast.

Can I have you pack just the kitchen and fragile items?

Absolutely — partial packing is one of our most popular options. Tell us what you want packed and we'll quote just that.

Are packing materials included in the price?

Yes. Boxes, paper, tape, dish packs, mirror cartons — all materials are part of the packing quote. No surprise charges for supplies.

Storage

Sometimes the closing dates don't line up. Sometimes you're downsizing, traveling, or in between homes. Our climate-controlled storage facilities are clean, secure, and built for short-term gaps as well as long-term hold. Your inventory is tracked from the moment we load it until the moment we deliver it.

Flexible terms mean you only pay for the time you use — whether that's two weeks or two years. Need access during storage? We coordinate it. Need partial release for a single piece? We handle that too.

What's Included

  • Climate-controlled facility
  • Inventory tracking and labeling
  • Secure, monitored access
  • Flexible terms (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Storage-in-transit for long-distance moves
  • Coordinated in/out scheduling

Common Questions

How is storage priced?

By volume and duration. We give you a clear monthly rate at quote time based on the size of your shipment. No setup fees, no exit fees.

Is the facility climate-controlled?

Yes. Temperature and humidity are managed year-round to protect wood furniture, electronics, art, and anything sensitive to extreme conditions.

Can I access my belongings while they're in storage?

With advance notice, yes. We schedule access appointments so we can pull your inventory in an organized way. Same-day access isn't typical but is possible in a pinch.

Labor Only

Already rented a U-Haul, ordered a POD, or got the truck handled? You still need someone to load it correctly — or unload it without breaking your back and your furniture. Our labor-only service brings the trained crew without the truck. You provide the transport; we provide the lift.

We're priced hourly with a two-mover minimum and a two-hour minimum. We bring our own dollies, blankets, and straps. We pack the truck the way it should be packed so nothing shifts in transit. And if you want help just at one end — loading or unloading — that's fine too.

What's Included

  • Two trained movers minimum
  • Hourly pricing (two-hour minimum)
  • Dollies, blankets, and straps
  • Loading, unloading, or both
  • Works for U-Haul, PODs, and rentals
  • Furniture-savvy lift technique

Common Questions

What's the minimum I have to book?

Two movers, two hours. After the first two hours, we bill in 30-minute increments at the same hourly rate.

Do you bring tools and equipment?

Yes — dollies, hand trucks, moving blankets, and straps come with the crew. If you want extra equipment for a specialty item, just let us know in advance.

Can you load a POD or container?

Definitely. PODs, U-Haul, U-Pack, ABF — we load all of them, and we know how to pack a container so it survives long-haul shipping without shifting.

White Glove Service

Some items can't be replaced — the antique your grandmother left you, the painting you bought on your honeymoon, the piano that's been in the family for three generations. White-glove service is built for those moves. Custom crating, museum-grade wrapping, climate-controlled transport, and white-glove placement at the destination by a specialty crew.

This is our highest level of care. Every step is documented, every item is photographed before and after, and our specialty crew is trained on the proper handling of art, antiques, pianos, and high-value furniture. If it's irreplaceable, this is the service that keeps it that way.

What's Included

  • Custom-built wood crating
  • Museum-grade wrapping and padding
  • Climate-controlled transport
  • Specialty crew (pianos, art, antiques)
  • Photographic condition reports
  • White-glove placement at destination

Common Questions

Do you move pianos?

Yes — uprights, baby grands, and full grands. Our piano crew uses dedicated piano boards, ramps, and lift technique. We tell you upfront whether your piano needs disassembly or specialty equipment.

How do you protect art and antiques?

Custom wood crates for paintings and irreplaceable pieces, glassine and acid-free padding for surfaces, and climate-controlled transport so temperature swings don't damage finishes. Each item is photographed at pickup and delivery.

Is white-glove service available for full-house moves?

Yes. We can apply white-glove handling to your entire shipment, or just to specific high-value items within a standard move. Tell us what's special and we'll build the right plan.
